- Health and Safety: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all health, safety, and security requirements of your destination and transit countries.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maple Voyage Planners acts as an agent for various third-party travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines). We do not own, operate, or control these providers.
- Maple Voyage Planners is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
- In no event shall Maple Voyage Planners be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with your use of our services or with the delay or inability to use our services, or for any information, software, products, and services obtained through Maple Voyage Planners.
6. Travel Insurance
Maple Voyage Planners strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks.
